5. By Credit Card
The Council is now using PayPal payment gateway for online payments. Paypal is the largest online payment solution provider, it is owned by Ebay Inc. Payments by credit cards can be made by PayPal without creating an account. It accepts Visa, Master Card and Amex, clearing currency is US$ Dollars.
You do not need a PayPal account to use this option, and you do not need to sign up for an account (although PayPal needs to collect information to process the order and to ensure security). After completing this transaction, you will be invited to join the PayPal system for future use (we believe this is entirely free of charge), but you will be under no obligation to do so. Our experience with PayPal thus far has been efficient and trouble-free, involving no cost to clients (and lower costs to us than most transaction methods). Let us know if you have any problems.
