You and your colleagues are invited to join the Council for a new Pharmaceutical Procurement Workgroup on October 27 in Shanghai.

The workgroup will start with a networking lunch, then be followed by a group discussion on Organization and Management of IPOs and Local Sourcing Centers in China. The pharma workgroup and the china supply chain council recently launced a survey about sourcing centers in china.  This data collected from our leaders in this space will be presented and discussed.  We will start with a quick benchmarking review by Brian K Johnson from recent IPO events across china.

Why our workgroups are different?
- Unlike committees organized by the Chambers of Commerce, this workgroup series is strictly restricted to supply chain, logistics and procurement from the pharmaceutical sector.
- This workgroup series is also organized in an "informal" setting (e.g. selected quiet restaurants) as good food (and drinks) tend to foster discussion and "openness" between the participants.
 
Please note that this workgroup is strictly reserved to pharmaceutical industry executives. Any vendors like bankers, headhunters, 3PLs, freight forwarders, IT/software or consultants are not allowed in this workgroup discussion and will be rejected at the door.
