The project is the only one of its kind and enjoys a three-dimensional traffic network of integrated highways, railways, waterways and air transport.

There will be service areas to handle steel, chemicals, paper, building materials and equipment. It will also provide more than 1,000 categories of raw material and services for manufacturers and operators to supply what is needed for products and services, including information technology, storage, trading, processing, distribution and financing.
