As a speaker, you can speak at more than one session, review the below formats and choose one or several of them that fit your preference:

Keynote Sessions (for sponsors and C-level executives)
|

The keynote presentation takes place in the main ballroom. As a top global leader from various industries you can address the key trends, opportunities and challenges that will shape the future supply chain. This session gives you a chance to share your experience in front of a wide range of supply chain experts. This session is for sponsors only and C-level executives.
Format & Timing: each keynote run for around 20 minutes, no direct Q&A is allowed.
Scheduling: available on both days in the morning, from 9 am to 10.30 am.

Forums, Tracks and Streams
|
|
Available for general speakers and sometimes sponsors. Three speakers will present together on stage on key topics relevant to global supply chains, procurement, sourcing and/or logistics.
Format & Timing: three consecutive 20 minutes sessions followed by a group panel Q&A discussion, total of 90 minutes.
Scheduling: there will be two general sessions on both days comprised of several streams: morning from 10.30 am to noon and afternoon from 2 pm to 5 pm

Workshops
|
|
Facilitated by experienced trainers, these streams will allow debate, encourage interactive learning and cover a lot more ground than is generally possible in the conference program.
Format & Timing: an exchange of information among a small number of participants discussed between a trainer and the audience.
Scheduling: workshops on different topics will run at the same time as the general sessions: morning from 10.30 am to noon and afternoon from 2 pm to 5 pm.

Debate and Dialogue - optional
|
|
These sessions provide an opportunity for engaging knowledgeable contributors to interact with the audience to discuss and debate some issues affecting your supply chain, sourcing and logistics operations.
Format: each debate will have 3 speakers on stage forming a panel. The panel will be provided with pre-session briefings and predetermined questions which they will collectively address. Each question will initiate a round of discussion and, after all panelists have responded, the audience will have an equal amount of time to comment and/or ask additional questions.
Timing: debate and dialogue sessions will run between 45 min to 60 min.
